In this role, you will lead product strategy and execution for both core database and cloud offerings.

You’ll function as a strategic partner to the CEO and CTO, owning roadmap decisions, driving alignment across engineering, customer success, and field teams, and ensuring product direction reflects real customer and market needs.

🔹 ResponsibilitiesDefine and manage product roadmap across core and cloud offeringsPrioritize features and releases based on feedback from customers, R&D, and success teamsServe as the key liaison between R&D and customer-facing functionsReport directly to the CEO; present insights and strategy to the executive teamMentor and develop—lead ~7 direct reports, including PMs, technical writers, and advocates🔹 Requirements7–10+ years in leadership, with at least one recent role as Director/VP of ProductExperience in database, storage, or infrastructure SaaS companies (e. g.
