Ciklum is looking for a Expert .NET Engineer to join our team full-time in Bulgaria.We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.About the role:As a Expert .NET Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Client for this project is a leading global provider of audit and assurance, consulting, financial advisory, risk advisory, tax, and related services. We are developing an innovative automation platform for the client. It is a globally operating, complex system that is built to enhance and unify the process of collecting, processing and providing Tax and Financial services. The platform is actively used on a daily basis and the team continues to add new features that automate the business flows. Built from the ground up on a fresh codebase, we have been actively developing it. There is no legacy code, and we use the ultra-modern technology stack. The current team is working on a multi-agents eco-system (greenfield project, Digital Assistance Chatbot for Enterprise Tax Platform), and help create Agent architecture, AI agents.Responsibilities:Back-end development of new functionalityParticipating in code and architectural reviews, documenting architectureCommunicating with stakeholders: PMs, developers, architects, QA engineers and other colleaguesProactive position in solution development, processes improvementsDelivering the product roadmap and planning for the futureHandle complex problems that might arise during solution development and provide field support with creative and rapid solutionsEnsure that the highest coding standards are met and write highly testable, automatable and performant code over the whole SDLCRequirements:More than 4 years of experience in commercial software developmentExcellent knowledge of computer science and computing theory:OOP, DDD, SOLID, TDD, BDDDatabase theory (RDBMS, NoSQL)Algorithms and data structuresDesign, architectural and enterprise patternsKnowledge of key-value storages (e.g. Redis, Memcached)Basic knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)Excellent knowledge and experience with C# and .NETExperience with Python (or a desire to work with Python)Large Language Models (LLMs), RAGConversational AI (Chatbots), Prompt Engineering, OpenAI models (understanding them, compare)Vector Databases (Milvus, Postgres, etc.)English - Upper-IntermediateCommercial experience with:.NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET (Core, MVC, WebAPI)ORM (e.g. Entity Framework, Dapper)RDBMS (especially SQL ServerMessaging systems (e.g. RabbitMQ, ServiceBus)Cloud providers (Azure is preferable)Testing frameworks (e.g. NUnit, XUnit, MSTest)Version control systems (e.g. GIT)What`s in it for you?Regular salary reviews based on performanceCorporate events: webinars, offline parties, and meetupsInternal Mobility ProgramTailored education path (including full access to Udemy, certifications, etc.)25 paid days off: 20 business days of vacation per calendar year + 5 undocumented sick leave daysAdditional health insurance100% company-covered Multisport card, with discounts available for family membersAbout us:At Ciklum, we are always exploring innovations, empowering each other to achieve more, and engineering solutions that matter.
