Grade Level: Level 2Location: IslamabadLast date to apply: October 24th 2025What is Expert Platform Delivery / FTTx?Expert Platform Delivery / FTTx is responsible for managing and overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of data center customers and platform-related projects across Jazz's facilities. The team ensures that all projects including new builds, expansions, migrations, and platform rollouts are delivered efficiently, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.In addition, he will oversees the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, SLAs and client requirementsThe role requires close coordination with internal departments such as Facility, IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Network teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery.This position reports directly to the Manager Platform Delivery / FTTx and has coordination responsibilities across multiple cross-functional delivery teams.What does Expert Platform Delivery / FTTx do?Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end data center and platform delivery projects including new setups, expansions, and migrationsDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, charters, risk logs, and dashboards to track progress and performanceEnsure compliance with PMO governance and standards for all infrastructure delivery projectsCoordinate with Facility, Network, Security, Cloud, and Vendor teams for timely execution of data center-related activitiesFacilitate project meetings, stakeholder communications, and progress reviews with leadershipManage budgets, vendor deliverables, and project cost trackingConduct post-implementation reviews and contribute to continuous process improvementEnsure alignment with Jazz's infrastructure strategy, business continuity, and capacity management goalsStay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in service delivery to drive continuous improvement within the teamConfiguration of CE devices like Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper, Raisecom etcIn-house Testing of new products/services for viabilityKey DeliverablesOn-time and within-scope delivery of data center and platform projectsUpdated documentation repository including project plans, BoQs, and delivery recordsCompliance with PMO governance, reporting, and quality assurance standardsCross-team coordination ensuring alignment across facility, network, and platform domainsAchievement of PMO and delivery KPIs related to project timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfactionWhat are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Platform Delivery / FTTx?8-12 years of experience in Networks & Date center project management or infrastructure delivery, with at least 3-5 years in Networks, data center or IT platform domainsStrong knowledge of IP Networks & data center operations, Report writing and Data AnalysisMust have relevant certification of CCNP, JNCIA, HCIP. Proven experience of BGP, OSPF, GRE, IPSEC, SIP, Routing, Switching, QinQ, IoT and Cloud Technologies.
