Come and join us in defining and bringing to life the future of work!About the role: We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support end-to-end project delivery by gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, mapping current/future states, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Key responsibilities: Elicit and document business and functional requirementsConduct workshops and stakeholder interviewsCreate process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteriaCollaborate closely with developers, testers, and SMEsSupport UAT and change management activitiesTo be successful in this role you will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business-related field5+ years of BA experience in client-facing rolesStrong experience in data migration, governance, and managementKnowledge across the full data lifecycle: architecture, modelling, relationships, lineage, and mappingBanking industry experience is essentialExperience with Informatica and Operational Data Platforms (preferred)Exposure to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Human-Centred DesignComfortable working across hybrid delivery models (Waterfall & Agile)Strong attention to detail and excellent stakeholder communication skills
