Our client is seeking a Scrum Master to join a high-impact Agile delivery team supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This contract role is ideal for an experienced Agile professional who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about enabling high-performing teams. You’ll play a key role in driving Agile practices, ensuring team delivery success, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Experience in banking or financial services is highly regarded, particularly where data integration and tools like Informatica are involved. Key responsibilities: Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Proactively identify and remove blockers to enable consistent and efficient team delivery. Coach, support, and mentor cross-functional teams in Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), and delivery best practices. Track sprint progress, manage delivery risks, and escalate issues where necessary to ensure project alignment. Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, and testers to support end-to-end delivery. Promote team transparency and maintain communication flow across business and technical stakeholders. Support release and deployment planning activities, particularly in data-focused projects using tools such as Informatica. To be successful in this role you will have:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of Agile principles and practical application of Scrum and related frameworks (e. g. SAFe, Kanban). Excellent facilitation, coaching, and team empowerment skills. Ability to lead delivery in complex, regulated environments with multiple cross-functional teams. Clear and confident communication style with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with deployment coordination and working closely with data engineering teams. Experience using Agile delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps. Desirable: Previous experience in banking, insurance, or large-scale financial services environments.

Exposure to Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud (IICS) or similar data integration tools. Understanding of data governance, ETL workflows, and dependencies across data pipelines. Experience supporting release and deployment activities alongside DevOps or release managers. Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or PMI-ACP.
