Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Success Manager with a proven track record of success in sales and account management within the oil and gas service sector.

This role demands a strategic thinker who can build and maintain strong client relationships while driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for key oil and gas customers using ExperWELL resin products. Lead customer onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement to maximize satisfaction and retention. Collaborate closely with sales, technical, and product teams to resolve issues and deliver tailored solutions. Identify growth opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling, to expand customer accounts. Collect and analyze customer feedback to guide product development and business strategy. Requirements:

Proven, demonstrable success in sales, account management, or customer success within oil and gas service companies. Bachelor’s degree in Oil & Gas Technology, Business, Sales, or a related field. Strong understanding of oil and gas well technologies and resin product applications preferred. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts and deliver measurable business impact. Compensation: Competitive salary with share options available for the right candidate.
