Export Area Manager

Carex Sweden ( Crx Nordic AB ) is a fast-growing Dermo cosmetic and FMCG company, marketing leading clean cosmetic and dermo cosmetic brands primarily in selected European Countries (Sweden, Turkey, Romania and Benelux, Germany), Middle East and CIS countries.We are looking for a Export Area Manager located in Malmö- Sweden.The brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:To apply: MUST have significant experience in leading in-field sales teams in OTC, FMCG, Dermocosmetics or Cosmetic , Skincare industry.Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree from Business Administration, International Relations, or other related fields• Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales and business development in FMCG sector, preferably in cosmetics• Excellent command of written and spoken Swedish and English languages (One of the options is required as a second language German/French/Arabic/Russian)• Advanced level of MS Office skills• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills• Ability and willingness to work independently with a holistic approach to achieve the targets• Excellent job follow up and communication skills.• Candidates will be required to have industry experience.Job Description:• Analyses global industry trends for potential new markets and business opportunities.• Design market research constructs, requirements, and procedures• Develop customer loyalty plans for international markets.• Specifying sales and distribution channels, setting up successful business development and new market entry strategies both for pharmacy and FMCG channels• Negotiate with international partners on new and on-going business collaborations.• Visiting export markets regularly for monitoring competitors, doing market research and meeting distributors• Establish marketing objectives and strategies for customer acquisition and retention programs.• Studying benchmark price structures and building efficient value chains• Setting up marketing plans with distributors and ensuring the implementation• Developing and successfully implementing business plans for increasing the market share of Carex Sweden’s brands• Working closely with relevant persons inside the company to ensure that the whole export process goes properly.Carex Sweden is committed to avoiding all forms of discrimination and respecting the principle of equality of opportunity and gender in recruitment processes.
