Job Description

We are looking for an Export Coordinator to join our team in Belgium, playing a key role in delivering the highest quality of service within our industry. In this position, you will ensure all shipments are managed in the most efficient, safe and cost effective way, while processing daily export logistics activities in full compliance with relevant transport regulations.You will also ensure that every shipment is handled in line with Biocair’s internal SOPs and policies, maintaining the high standards our customers expect.Responsibilities will include:Secure bookings with airlines, integrators and/or transport suppliers in accordance with the information shown in the Transport Management System (TMS)IATA compliant preparation of airline Master Airwaybill (MAWB) and any other supporting documentation required for successful acceptance at originResolve and escalate any issues caused by the supplier and enter a Non-conformance report (NCR) accordinglyEnsure shipment is acceptable for carriage by the supplier by checking labelling, documentation and overall packaging suitability; reduce potential rejections by the supplierWork alongside internal shipment stakeholders to ensure a seamless shipment processMonitor shipping lanes/suppliers for poor performance and inform managers and logisticsOur company values matter, and guide all that we do each day.
