Export Coordinator

We are looking for an Export Assistant Coordinator to temporarily join our Export - CSV Department, providing support during a maternity leave period. We are seeking a motivated, responsible and proactive individual eager to learn and contribute to our international operations, ensuring excellent service to our global customers.Main ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for handling and resolving customer queries;Accurately process and coordinate customer requests, ensuring timely responses;Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, providing proactive advice and support;Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments and functional areas to ensure smooth communication and teamwork;Understand and follow agreed procedures and standards within the department;Ensure that quality standards and KPIs are met, maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction.Candidate ProfileUniversity degree (preferably in International Trade, Management, Logistics or related fields);Good command of English (spoken and written) – other languages will be a plus;Strong communication and interpersonal skills;Excellent attention to detail and sense of responsibility;Organised, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure;Comfortable with learning new IT systems;Proactive, customer-focused, and eager to develop in an international environment.We OfferTemporary contract (maternity cover);Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international setting;Integration in a collaborative and results-driven team;A supportive environment that encourages personal and professional growth.Location: Porto – Avenida da BoavistaStart date: Immediate
