Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export Customer Service professional based in Colombo. The role involves managing customer inquiries and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting clients with exporting processes, addressing concerns, maintaining communication through phone and email, and ensuring smooth coordination of export operations. The role requires building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure service excellence. Qualifications Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and inquiriesAbility to ensure a high level of Customer Satisfaction and deliver a positive Customer ExperienceProficiency in Phone Etiquette and professional communication skillsProficiency in documentation and organizational skills for export and logistics operationsProblem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentKnowledge or experience in logistics, shipping, or international trade is a valuable assetProficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
