Drive service excellence and operational efficiency in alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Proactively resolve issues with the team to achieve the defined service, contribute to the strategic direction and achievement of the overall goals of Global Customer Service, covering both export markets and subsidiaries.MISSIONSPlanificationAligned with the Company’s guidelines, plan and follow up CS Export Dpt. Budget, implement optimized sizing and proper workload assignement among the team, according also to available tools and team members profiles.Plan, coordinate and monitor Export Order to Cash activities and follow up KPI’s.Plan, coordinate and implement both internal Exprot CS and interdepartmental projects to improve ServiceUndestand Customer needs and foster the implementation of best practices to improve Consumer Experience, service level and OTC process efficiency for DermaExecutionEnsure Export CS activities respect Company’s policies and procedures and Internal Audit GuidelinesEnsure expected performance of Export Front Office and follow up their activities KPI’s.Ensure individual appraisals are held with all Export Customer Service members.Budget Control and coordinate the implementation of the training plan of Export CS department.Review and provide information about the situation of their ordersControlEnsure access to updated information regarding Legislation affecting Export OtC activitiesUnderstand the customer and subsidiaries needs, to contribute to improve the efficiency in the Order to Cash process, and promote the continous improvement of the service for customers and subsidiaries with stockPerform internal audit to assure that company processes and guidelines are properly followed-upParticipate on company projects with the objetive to expand business across differents marketsPROFILDiplôme de niveau bac+5Expérience de minimum 6 ans sur des fonctions similairesAnglais courantUn bon niveau d'espagnol est un plus
