Job Description

PT. Emirad International Logistics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as EXIM, CS & Shipment Admin.This position will play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics and documentation processes across departments.Responsibilities Handle and prepare all export–import documentation (PEB, PIB, Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.). Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate shipment arrangements. Monitor shipment schedules, delivery status, and ensure all operational documents are properly filed. ⁠Maintain communication with clients to provide updates and resolve shipment-related issues. ⁠Support the operations team in handling day-to-day logistics activities and administrative tasks. ⁠Prepare reports and maintain accurate records related to shipments and customer handling. ⁠Ensure compliance with company policies and customs regulations.Qualifications Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field. ⁠Prior experience in export-import, customer service, or logistics operations preferred. ⁠Good communication and coordination skills. ⁠Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) etc. ⁠Intermediate English proficiency is a MUST
