The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment. You have a structured way of working, are able to make quick decisions, and perform well under pressure. We offer a diverse role in an innovative and international working environment.What will you do?Coordinating export shipments and deliveriesMonitoring orders and communicating shipment status to customersPreparing export and shipping documentationProviding shipment information and required documents to customersTracking deliveries and resolving delivery-related issuesArchiving export documentationReviewing sales freight invoicesAssisting in the investigation of order-to-delivery deviations and implementing corrective actionsSupporting export-related customer feedback and internal issue resolutionHow will you get here? A degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, or ongoing studies in one of these areasProficiency in Microsoft OfficeGood written and spoken Finnish and EnglishPrevious experience in logistics, export operations, or order-to-delivery processesKnowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is considered an advantagePlease send in your application, including a cover letter and CV in English.
