Looking for an experienced Export Documentation & Banking Executive to join our Export/Accounts & Logistics team in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, — handle export documentation, LC & banking operations, shipping coordination, and trade compliance. #ExportJobs #BankingExecutive #Documentation #Logistics #DubaiJobs #HiringNow #InternationalTrade #ExportImport #Accounts #JebelAli #UAEJobsKey Responsibilities• Prepare and verify export documentation including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and shipping instructions.• Handle bank account operations such as export remittances, supplier payments, and reconciliation of export proceeds.• Manage documentation under Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Collections, and Advance Payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.• Coordinate with customers and suppliers for shipment schedules, order confirmations, documentation requirements, and payment follow-ups.• Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely shipments.• Draft professional emails, letters, and reports for effective communication with international clients and stakeholders.• Maintain proper filing and records of export documents and bank transactions.• Resolve discrepancies in documentation and ensure adherence to trade regulations and Incoterms.Skills & Competencies• Strong knowledge of export documentation, shipping, and banking procedures.• Excellent English communication and writing skills.• Good understanding of LC, TT, and foreign trade banking compliance.• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to meet deadlines.• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and online banking portals.• Ability to travel for bank, customs, and logistics-related work.Qualifications• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, International Business, or Logistics.• 5–12 years of experience in export documentation and banking operations.• Knowledge of international trade policies and banking guidelines.• Valid Driving License is mandatory.Interested candidate can share the cv on sonal.garg@talentcorner.in or can what's up me on +919726002887
