Export Operations

ResponsibilitiesArrange and coordinate sea freight export shipments, ensuring timely delivery to destinations.Handle and complete documentation related to sea freight operations, including customs declarations and other required paperwork.Maintain daily communication with suppliers and partners involved in sea freight operations to ensure smooth logistics processes.Track order status, coordinate shipping and delivery details, and ensure orders are completed as planned.Accurately input and update shipment data in the system to maintain data integrity and accuracy.Assist the team in resolving operational issues during sea freight processes to ensure successful cargo movement.Monitor cargo transportation and promptly address any issues to ensure safe and timely delivery.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in sea freight export operations or related areas preferred.Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with suppliers.Proficient in office software and relevant logistics systems, with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.Strong service orientation, with the ability to respond to and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.Responsible, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.Fluent in Chinese and English (both written and spoken); proficiency in German is a plus.A valid German driver’s license is an advantage.We OfferClear career development opportunities.Competitive salary and benefits.Pleasant and international working environment.Work visa support available.
