If this aligns with what you are looking for, this could be the perfect next step in your career.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Order ProcessingReceive and verify export sales orders.Confirm pricing, delivery requirements, and resolve commercial queries.Capture orders accurately and update customers on any changes.Maintain debtor control during order processing.Export DocumentationPrepare quotations, costing sheets, proforma invoices, and order confirmations.Manage stock availability issues and coordinate dispatch details.Prepare forwarder instructions, open shipping files, arrange inspections, and ensure correct delivery of cargo.Send copy and original documents to customers.Customer & Sales CommunicationAcknowledge orders, provide transport schedules, and share dispatch/arrival updates.Courier documents and handle customer queries as per instructions.Service Provider CoordinationUpdate transport rates, secure bookings, and communicate hazardous cargo requirements.Arrange inspections and obtain shipping documents.Ensure timely and accurate information flow between parties.5. Initial Debt ManagementMonitor outstanding payments and manage debtor queries.Escalate non-payments.Qualification & ExperienceGrade 12 Senior Certificate / MatricTertiary qualification an advantageHaz/Dangerous Goods Certification an advantage2 years’ or more with relevant export experience Haz/Dangerous goods shipping experienceExposure to FCL/LCL/ Sea, Road and Air freight shipments
