We're Hiring: Export Sales Manager Middle East & AfricaLocation: Dubai, UAEReports To: Group CEOSalary: AED 25K to 35K + Commissions + Benefits (as per UAE Labour Law)Are you a results-driven sales professional with a trader's mindset and a passion for growing international markets?Were looking for an Export Sales Manager to lead our client's business expansion across the Middle East, Africa, and Iran, driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships that strengthen our global footprint. They are a leading diversified business group based in the UAE for over 50 years, specializing in FMCG, manufacturing, trading, distribution, real estate, construction, etc delivering innovative solutions and high-quality products to regional and international markets. They have offices in KSA, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and in the UAE. What You'll Do:Develop and execute export sales strategies aligned with company objectivesIdentify and penetrate new markets across MEA regionsBuild and manage relationships with distributors, agents, and key accountsNegotiate pricing, contracts, and trading terms to maximize profitabilityConduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategyOversee export documentation, logistics, and trade complianceCollaborate with internal teams (Finance, Procurement, Marketing) to ensure seamless operationsRepresent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and international eventsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or International Trade5 to 7 years proven experience in export sales, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial sectorsStrong understanding of export documentation, Incoterms, and international tradeProven ability to grow markets and achieve sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural skillsProficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ERP toolsFluency in EnglishMust hold a strong passport with the ability to travel frequently to Iran and African marketsPrior experience in Iran and Africa is highly preferredA dealer/trader mindset proactive, strategic, and commercially drivenIf youre a go-getter who thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments and enjoys the challenge of building markets from the ground up we'd love to hear from you!
