Export Sales Manager

We have an urgent opening for Export Sales Manager for our reputed client based in Noida.Industry : Flexible Packaging.Job location : Noida.Job Role & Responsibilities:Develop and manage export sales for packaging products to US, UK, and European clients, ensuring business growth and profitability. Identify and onboard new distributors, converters, and end customers in international markets. Manage and grow relationships with existing global customers, ensuring timely communication, order processing, and service satisfaction. Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts with overseas clients in coordination with internal teams. Conduct market research to analyze global trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in the flexible and rigid packaging industry. Coordinate with the production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders. Participate in international exhibitions/trade fairs to promote products and explore new business opportunities. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and international trade compliance Proven experience handling clients in the US, UK, and European markets Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver consistent results Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and export documentation systems.
