Export Sales Specialist (Arabic Speaker)

Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a Greek manufacturing company with extensive global presence, leader in industrial tools and equipment, to cover the following role:Export Sales Specialist (Arabic Speaker)Job Description•Develop and manage client relationships across Arabic-speaking markets.•Negotiate commercial agreements and monitor orders from initiation to final delivery.•Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners within these markets, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.•Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities within assigned regions.•Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure seamless customer support.•Track key sales performance indicators and prepare regular business reports.Candidate Profile•Native-level fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is an essential and non-negotiable requirement.•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in export or commercial roles, preferably within an industrial environment.•Availability and willingness to travel abroad frequently as required.•Good knowledge of Greek or English (written and spoken).•Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.•Strong teamwork, professionalism, and results-oriented mindset.•Strategic thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.•Desirable Qualifications: University degree in Engineering or a related field, familiarity with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in MS Office.Company Offers•Competitive salary•Bonus scheme,•Daily compensation when travelling abroad•Full time, Indefinite contractAfter the screening of the CVs, we will contact the candidates who meet the profile’s requirements to arrange an interview.For more job openings please visit our website www.adecco.gr and register your CV in our database to be eligible for current or future job openings.
