Whakatane, New ZealandReference: 6825017COMMISSIONER AND LIST MEMBERSExpressions of interest are invited for consideration for appointment as the Commissioner and/or List Members of the Eastern Bay of Plenty District Licensing Committee.The Eastern Bay District Licensing Committee will have responsibility for all local decisions on applications made under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, including premises licence applications, renewals, variations, suspensions and cancellations; new applications and renewals of manager's certificates; applications for temporary authority; and special licences.These are regulatory decision-making roles and your strengths will lie in your ability to function at a strategic and independent level, with a sound knowledge of the relevant legislation.
