Your RoleAs a BI Analyst, you play a crucial role in analyzing, modeling, visualizing and optimizing data to gain strategic insights. You will work with various teams to develop robust data models, create impactful visualizations and ensure that data is accurately, consistently, and efficiently mapped and processed.
RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience as a BI/Data Analyst or in a similar roleDeep expertise in Power BI, including designing and maintaining dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insightsStrong SQL and DAX skills, with experience creating efficient queries, calculations, and measuresHands-on experience with Databricks for data transformation, preparation, and modeling to support BI solutionsProven experience designing, maintaining, and optimizing tabular models for high-performance analyticsKnowledge of data modeling (e. g.
, star schemas, dimensional models) and experience applying these in BI projectsFamiliarity with implementing role-based data access and security measures (RLS/OLS)Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly convey complex insightsStrong analytical thinking and a structured approach to complex problemsLanguages:
