This role will drive compelling campaigns that enhance our employer brand visibility, position the Pune Center as a premier GCC and employer of choice, and attract top talent in the region. The role will manage executive communications, media coverage opportunities and social media strategies to tell our story and drive positive coverage of the Pune Center's initiatives and impact.Key AccountabilitiesDevelop and lead external communications programs aligned with the Pune Center's strategic objectivesDesign and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent and position the Pune Center as an Employer of choiceCoordinate and execute the Pune Center's external communications plan and content calendarCreate compelling content and campaigns for multiple platforms including websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, storyboards, and videoDesign, develop, and execute social media campaigns across major platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)Establish strong working relationships with Global Communications Leads to ensure successful local implementation of global communications strategiesMonitor and review employee-generated social media content related to the organization to ensure alignment with corporate brand guidelines and communication standardsPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure key initiatives, projects, and stories are effectively communicated externallyQualificationsExperience and Knowledge RequiredBachelor's/Master’s degree in communications or related disciplineMinimum 4 years of experience in building and executing branding strategies that drive measurable results.Proven track record of managing external communications and employer branding in a multinational environment.
