The Mauritius office plays a key role in serving clients across EMEIA, and across sectors including consumer goods, financial services, healthcare, telcos, mobility and the public sector.

We also support leading private equity firms through strategic due diligence and post-acquisition advisory. As part of our growth, we are currently an executive assistant to support our team of 3 partners and 15 consultants. Your responsibilities: Team operations: Track engagement lifecycles, chase outstanding actions, and ensure the team stays on course with quality, compliance, and risk-related activities across all projectsClient project support: Support in building presentation materials and proposals Calendar & Inbox Management: Proactively manage partner schedules, timesheets, triage emails, and handle meeting requests Stakeholder Communications:

draft and coordinate communications on behalf of partners with internal and external stakeholders Meeting and Events: Plan, organize, and prepare logistics for client workshops, internal sessions, and large public eventsTravel & Expenses: Coordinate flights, accommodations, transport, and submission of expense claimsRecruitment & Onboarding: Support our hiring process and manage onboarding of new joinersSpecial projects: Lead and organize small projects, manage timelines, resources and deliver success with no supervision requiredGeneral administrative support: Ensure smooth day-to-day operationsWhat we’re Looking for:

A genuine interest in the business of strategy and innovation consulting Strong problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindsetAbility to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentConfidence working with senior stakeholdersExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailDiscretion, integrity, and sound judgment when handling confidential informationTo qualify for the role, you must have:

A university degree in management, business administration or any related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication in both English and FrenchTech-savvy and proficient with Ms Office and quick to learn new toolsPrior experience within a consulting firm would be a strong assetGood Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint…)1-5 years of experience in a related field will be an advantageWhat We OfferWe offer a competitive remuneration package where you’ll be rewarded for your individual and team performance.
