We work together across our full spectrum of services and skills so that business, people and the planet can thrive together.Together, all in, to build a better working world.We are seeking for a high performing Manager to join our Financial Accounting and Advisory Services (FAAS) team to support CFO Advisory services.Your Key ResponsibilitiesManage the planning, execution, and delivery of financial accounting advisory engagementsWork effectively as a team leader, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team leader on progressManage in delivering accounting advisory projects, preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other partiesDevelop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnelMaking technical contributions to accounting advisory client engagementsIFRS – US GAAP Conversion Services, Finance Function Efficiency Improvement Project, Management Reporting, Budgeting and Modelling, Quality Close & Hard Close ServicesWorking Capital Improvement Projects, Financial Architecture of ERP implementations such as Oracle and SAP, Cost Accounting Design, Predeal – post deal finance integration, New accounting standards such as IFRS 15 and 16, IAS 29Finance Process Improvements, Forecasted cash flow, Zero Base Budgeting, IPO Support.What We Look ForA relevant university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar discipline,Minimum 6 years’ experience in related areas, preferably in advisory, with project / team management experience,Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in English,Experience in Consulting services is an asset,Big4 experience is an asset,Excellent knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP,Financial statement close process and process control documentation knowledge,Proficiency in using MS Office applications,Professional accountancy qualification (SMMM, KGK, SPK) is an assetCompliance with and understanding of regulatory requirements,Male candidates must have fulfilled or postponed their military service obligationsNo travel restrictions What We Offer YouAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
