General Accountant

EYouth is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic General Accountant to join our team. general accountant is typically responsible for reviewing accounting records and ensuring their compliance with international or local accounting standards, ‏preparing monthly and annual financial reports, and assisting in analyzing financial data to help management make strategic decisions ‏responsible for entering and recording financial and accounting data for a company.  Responsibilities:   Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.  implementing daily accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.  Monitor and manage expenses within the allocated budget.

Optimize cash management by implementing efficient cash-handling processes and identifying opportunities for cost savings. Perform bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accurate recording of all financial transactionsCompiling and presenting financial and budget reports. Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations.  Keeping account books and systems up to date. policies and regulations regarding taxes and financial accounts. practical knowledge and communication skills to engage with tax and financial authorities in Gulf countries such as Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, full Knowledge of local.  Work with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and tax assessments.

Qualifications: At least 2 to 3 years of experience and knowledge in accounting and tax in a corporate entity that keeps profit & loss and balance sheet reports.  Bachelor's degree in Commerce & Business Administration/ Accounting (English Department)A team worker, problem solver, and initiative taker with strong analytical and diligence for the workExcellent English & Arabic Languages. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with knowledge of ERP systems such as Odoo and other accounting platforms.
