Overview of the roleIn this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the competencies and skills of ournew and current employees by delivering existing training programs and developingnew training programs where needed. You will be responsible for conducting trainingneeds analysis, providing an engaging curriculum and learning materials, andoverseeing all aspects of training interventions that are needed. ResponsibilitiesDeliver created training programs to new staff. Acclimate new employees to the business and conduct orientation sessions.

Identify training needs by evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of employees. Translate needs into training programs that will develop employees for success in their roles. Produce classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals. Assess training effectiveness to ensure the development of key skills and techniques. Ensure changes within the business are routinely incorporated into the training materials. Collaborate with HR and Product Trainer to ensure staff are given all the tools to succeed in a timely organised manner. Skills And QualificationsExtensive knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional principles.

Experienced with traditional and modern training methods, tools andTechniques with the ability to adapt. Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences. Competent knowledge of learning management software. Familiarity with talent management and succession planning. Strong decision-making capability and organisational skills.
