Key DutiesUnderstand, implement, and carry out all Company policies, procedures, and standardsAssisting with the dispatch of deliveriesAssisting with the movement of all stock from warehouse to shop floorsMonitor and manage the receipt of all required and relevant paperwork from drivers on a daily basisAssisting with Cycle countsMaintaining systems, processes and develop where appropriate.
Communicate effectively and assertively with drivers and harness good working relationsLiaise with other departments in the company to ensure monitoring of all stock movementsQualificationsExperience in a busy warehouse an advantage but not necessaryDemonstrate initiative and an aptitude to learn quicklyCurrent forklift licence for reach and counterbalance ( Desirable but necessary )Excellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
