Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Osan for an F-16 Simulator and Academic Training Instructor. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth academic and simulator training for F-16 aircraft systems, tactical procedures, and operational techniques. The instructor will assess and mentor trainees, maintain training materials, provide feedback, and support the development and updates of training programs to ensure compliance with Air Force operational standards. Qualifications Expertise in F-16 aircraft systems, operational tactics, and academic training methodologiesExperience in simulator instruction and mission training systemsStrong communication, mentoring, and feedback skills for interactive learning environmentsAbility to maintain and update training documentation and apply continuous improvement practicesRelevant certifications in instructional techniques or experience as a military instructor preferredFamiliarity with Air Force operational standards and proceduresU.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain necessary security clearances
