Our mission is to deliver smart, technology-driven, and design-forward accommodations that meet the needs of today’s traveler while upholding the highest standards of service.Your roleWe are looking for an F&B Operations Manager to join our team and oversee the performance and sales of food and beverage outlet, for our new property in the heard of Bucharest.As an F&B Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring revenue goals are met, controlling costs, and maintaining operational efficiency. This results-driven role focuses on improving guest satisfaction and delivering consistent, high-quality service across all outlets. A key aspect of this role is strong leadership—guiding, mentoring, and motivating teams to achieve excellence in performance and service standards. You will play a crucial role in boosting sales and ensuring that all food and beverage outlets operate at their highest potential.Your JourneyOperational Leadership: Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure the highest standards of service and quality. Actively engage in both front-of-house and back-of-house activities to lead by example.Team Development: Recruit, train, and manage staff to create a motivated, high-performing team focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.Menu Management: Collaborate with the Regional F&B Director and Executive Chef to develop and update menu offerings that reflect current trends and customer preferences while maintaining cost efficiency.Inventory Control: Manage inventory systems, knowledge of Breeze POS and Keepapp, to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste. Conduct monthly inventory audits.Financial Performance: Monitor financial performance, including profit and loss statements, to achieve budget targets. Identify areas for potential cost savings and revenue enhancement.Guest Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and licensing laws within the establishment. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all areas.What do you bring to your tripProven experience as an assistant Food & Beverage Manager or Food & Beverage Manager, preferably within 4* hotels.Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and cost control.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Diversity and SustainabilityAt Olala! we take pride in cultivating a vibrant and inclusive work environment that celebrates individuality and diversity.
