Leveraging our parent company MSC Group’s hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of six luxury ships (four currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travellers. The F&B Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the delivery of cross-functional strategic initiatives, with a focus on elevating Explora Journeys’ culinary and beverage programs in alignment with our ultra-luxury positioning. This role bridges project coordination, stakeholder management, and F&B innovation, ensuring seamless execution across departments and consistent excellence in guest experience.Your ImpactProject Coordination: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives across departments, ensuring alignment with brand standards, timelines, and objectives.Culinary & Beverage Excellence: Assist in designing and implementing distinctive F&B programs that reflect the brand’s luxury positioning and deliver exceptional guest experiences.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Culinary, and Guest Experience teams, ensuring alignment between onboard and shoreside strategies.Menu & Experience Development: Support the creation of seasonal menus and bespoke dining experiences in collaboration with chefs, beverage specialists, and suppliers.Supplier & Partner Management: Help identify and manage relationships with premium F&B partners, ensuring sourcing of top-quality products and services.Operational Support: Monitor onboard F&B delivery and guest feedback, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and excellence.Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and updates for senior leadership, ensuring transparency and progress tracking across projects.Training & Development: Collaborate with the Head of Food & Beverage to support training initiatives that uphold service standards across the fleet.Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations in line with company and industry standards.Trend Awareness: Stay current with global luxury hospitality, culinary, and beverage trends to drive innovation and relevance across all guest experiences.Your Journey so farBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or luxury hospitality, cruise, or F&B Ops as fine dining environments. Your EssentialsStrong understanding of F&B operations, international cuisines, and premium beverages.Experience in cross-functional collaboration and working within multicultural teams.Proven ability to coordinate and deliver projects effectively across multiple stakeholders.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Fluent in English, written and spoken (additional languages a plus).Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Project management tools, Crunchtime or Otalio.Willingness to travel and spend time onboard ships when required.Our commitmentWe are committed to building a future that values diverse perspectives, embraces the world beyond borders, and fosters an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued, respected and empowered to be their authentic selves.
