Sea Pearl Beach Resort & Spa Ltd. is looking for F&B Supervisor / Team LeaderKey PointsLead a dynamic team in a luxury 5-star hotel. Ensure top-tier guest service, uphold international standards, support operations, and drive team performance. Ideal for passionate leaders with a strong hospitality background.Job Description / ResponsibilitySupervise and coordinate daily departmental operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service aligned with international 5-star standards.Act as a liaison between team members and management, ensuring smooth communication and operational alignment.Lead by example in delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and attention to detail.Handle guest concerns promptly, efficiently, and with a service recovery mindset; follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.Ensure all areas under responsibility are clean, well-maintained, and compliant with health, safety, and hygiene standards.Maintain accurate shift reports, handovers, incident logs, and ensure seamless transition between shifts.Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to performance appraisals.Assist with managing inventory, stock levels, and ordering supplies while maintaining cost controls.Support the implementation of service innovations and guest engagement initiatives.Conduct regular team briefings to communicate daily goals, VIP guest information, and hotel updates.Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Concierge, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Engineering) to ensure seamless service delivery.Identify areas for improvement in service processes and suggest enhancements to management.Uphold brand values and maintain a high level of guest privacy, discretion, and professionalism.Monitor grooming and conduct of team members to ensure adherence to brand and service standards.Participate actively in departmental meetings, training programs, and hotel events as required.Manage minor disciplinary issues within the team, in alignment with HR policies and leadership guidance.Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of guest and hotel property.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel products, services, promotions, and local attractions to assist guests confidently.Educational RequirementsHSCSkills Required: Training & Development, Conflict management, Problem Solving, Leadership and teamwork, Guest service, communication and interpersonal skill., Hotel Software, Time Management and PrioritizationExperience Requirements2 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Hotel,Restaurant,ResortJob LocationCox`s Bazar
