The successful execution of these core duties is your pathway to a stable schedule and full confidence from leadership: Inventory & Cost Control: You will completely manage inventory for alcohol, food, and dry goods, communicating critical information to the District F&B Manager for timely orders and accurate COG’s (Cost of Goods Sold). Staff Management: You are responsible for managing the F&B department scheduling for your location and relaying accurate payroll numbers to the District F&B Manager. Operational Command: You will oversee F&B operations during peak times, ensuring smooth service and resolving issues immediately. You will be the point person, relaying any major issues/concerns to the District F&B Manager. Talent Development: You will lead the charge in building a strong team by conducting interviews, onboarding, & training for all F&B staff at your base location. Administrative Excellence: You’ll handle all necessary admin or work as needed to support the department's success.The Schedule: Your Commitment to The GoalWe want to be clear: the ultimate goal for this position is the premium Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm schedule. However, to earn the full trust and authority of the Supervisor role, flexibility is required initially: Initial Schedule: You will be required to work Weekends, holidays, or outside shifts depending on staffing and facility needs. The consistent 9-to-5 schedule is NOT your starting schedule.
