Job DescriptionCOME AS YOU ARE & SHOW US YOUR VISION …As an F&B Tournant, you are a flexible and versatile member of our Food & Beverage team, together with around 20 colleagues in total.

You work across our Tiger Lily Restaurant, Nomad Daybar, and lounge areas, taking on different functions depending on where support is needed. In addition, you play a role in our event and conference operations, occasionally acting as on-site contact person and ensuring smooth service and coordination when events are taking place.

How Does Your Working Day Look Like …Actively participating in the daily operations across the restaurant, daybar, lounge areas, and eventsDelivering professional hospitality and guest service, whether through table service, in the daybar, or at eventsAssisting with preparation, table setup, clearing, and general tidiness in all F&B areasSupporting where needed with beverage service and barista tasksAssisting in practical operational tasks such as restocking, storage, and overall orderlinessEnsuring that all areas are always clean, presentable, and welcomingActing as an allround team player, creating flow and consistency in the overall guest experience across the houseSupporting event operations, including setup of meeting rooms, buffets, and coffee breaks, as well as service during conferences, receptions, and banquetsActing as on-site contact person for selected events, ensuring smooth communication with organizers and coordination with the F&B teamAssisting with event breakdown and reset, securing a seamless transition between different functions and spacesQualificationsYour personality counts more than your CV …You’ve gained your first experience in the upscale catering business.
