Program is based at a LS&Co. office and is the perfect way to gain work experience in the core of the organization, while learning what a career at LS&Co. might have in store for you.In addition to daily responsibilities, all F.I.T. Interns will participate in summer project in their department to support an important business initiative and work with various areas of our business and our brands. Leadership seminars and career exploration learning series connect our interns to our leaders and provide exposure to different career paths internally.NOTICE: For this role, we presently are seeking candidates who will not require Company visa sponsorship for the internship program, or for a potential follow-up offer of regular employment. For any roles working remotely, the work must also be performed inside Canada, not in a foreign country.About The RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to support our business objectives of transforming Levi's into a lifestyle brand, growing our Loyalty members, and supporting the growth of our DTC business.Brand Activation & Event CoordinationSupport the planning and execution of large-scale brand activations (both on-site and off-site).Maintain and track project workback schedules to ensure key milestones and deliverables are met.Coordinate logistics and communication between internal teams, external agencies, and vendors.Assist with event operations, setup, and on-site execution.Competitive Landscape Analysis & ReportingConduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities.Develop and streamline processes for ongoing monitoring and automated reporting.Summarize findings and present actionable insights to the marketing team.About YouPassion for the Levi's brand and LS&Co. ways of workingMust be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, associate program or graduate program, preferably pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Analytical mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google SheetsAbility to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities.Passion for marketing, retail, and consumer culture - especially in fashion or lifestyle sectors.Creative thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.Driver's license and access to an automotive vehicle preferred, with the ability to travelAbility to work some weekendsHigh school diploma or GEDExpected Graduation date Spring 2027Eligible to work in Canada and provide proof of work authorizationAdditional InformationSalary: 24 CAD/Hour for undergraduatePaid Canadian Corporate holidaysProduct discount of 60% off regular-price Levi’s merchandiseLevi Strauss & Co. is committed to equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and recruiting and maintaining a workforce that welcomes and respects people from diverse backgrounds while enabling our employees to make an impact.
