Ensure optimal use of resources to maintain project efficiency and effectiveness. Budget ManagementPrepare and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints. Monitor and control project costs, identifying and addressing any variances. Approve invoices and payments to subcontractors and suppliers. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in construction project management. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Proficient in project management software and tools (e. g. , MS Project, Primavera). Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
