Control distribution and retrieval of project and company documents. Ensure documents follow company standards and version control. Support teams by providing requested files quickly and accurately. Track document status and prepare reports when needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and document management software.
