As a Property Consultant at fäm Properties, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties in Dubai. Your day-to-day will involve:
Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferencesStay up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data-driven adviceMatch clients with suitable properties and organize property viewingsCreate and manage listings for rental and sales propertiesNegotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clientsPrepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all required documentationFacilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closureBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionalsRequirementsPrevious experience in sales or customer-facing roles (real estate experience is a plus, but not required)UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)Professional appearance and client-focused attitudeFluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)Strong interest in building a career in Dubai’s real estate marketExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsConfident, proactive, and driven by performance and targetsBenefits:
