Your responsibilities: Attract top tier talent through prospecting and calls Manage end to end and create a pipeline of candidates through the internal CRMReview applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Who we are looking for: 2 years+ of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the real estate industry. Familiar with CRM processes Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Results-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail. Russian mother tongue and minimum B1 EnglishUnderstanding of recruitment processes and trends.
