Job DescriptionFabletics is seeking a Partnerships & Events Coordinator Fabletics is seeking a highly organized and creative Partnerships & Events Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of strategic brand collaborations and events that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to bring high-impact partnerships and experiences to life. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Events & Partnerships and partner closely with the entire Marketing team.
What You Will DoEvent CoordinationPlan and coordinate brand events including pop-ups, influencer activations, retail store events, and experiential marketing initiatives. Contribute creative, original ideas for engaging and impactful events. Liaise with vendors, venues, and third-party agencies to manage logistics, contracts, and budgets. Ensure events reflect brand identity and deliver an elevated experience to attendees. Collaborate with internal teams (e. g. creative, social, PR) to amplify events across marketing channels. Manage on-site execution, troubleshooting, and post-event follow-up. Brand PartnershipsAssist in identifying and communicating with potential brand partners aligned with our brand values and goals.
Support the execution of partnership collaborations through launch and post-campaign reporting. Manage partnership timelines, deliverables, and communications to ensure seamless collaboration. Coordinate with the social media team to research, outreach, and manage logistics for collab posts, ensuring content, timing, and messaging are aligned across partner channels. Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to report on ROI and effectiveness. Administrative & Cross-Functional SupportMaintain project timelines, status reports, and documentation for all partnerships and events. Track invoices, expenses, and assist in budget reconciliation. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in partnerships and events.
