Fabra is looking for a Fashion Design Assistant to join our creative team and contribute to the development of our products across all categories and first of its kind fashion design editor tool. This is an amazing opportunity to collaborate with our Head of Design and 3D design team and lean into the fast moving 3D fashion world. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-forward thinker looking to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. What You’ll Do:
You’ll help bring new garments and products to life by supporting our design processes from concept to publishing. Your key responsibilities will include: Garment & product development: Assist with creating designs & product briefs to hand over to 3D designers for development. Research support for fabric and trim sourcing that aligns with our products. Support product development from concept to final publishing stage. Trend research: Conduct ongoing trend research aligned with Fabra’s key market aesthetics. 3D Fit Sessions: Assist on 3D garment/product fitting sessions. Taking notes and giving aesthetic design feedback to the 3D designers. Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with all teams where relevant or where you show interest. Great space to learn or work on projects that interest you. Admin Portal (PLM): Take ownership of product organisation: ensuring great product descriptions, effective category search tags/words, and clear documentation in internal systems. What You Bring: Experience: 1+ year experience in a design support role and a Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design. Organisation: Able to manage timelines, juggle multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Skills & Mindset: Creative, product technically skilled, and highly detail-oriented. Enthusiastic about the future of 3D design and designing in new ways. Interests:
