Fabric supply specialist

We are seeking an experienced Fabric Supply Specialist to join our Planning and Supply Chain team in Alexandria. This position is key to ensuring seamless fabric flow from sourcing to production, maintaining both quality and efficiency in line with our global standards.Key Responsibilities:Plan and manage fabric requirements according to production schedules and capacity plans.Follow up with suppliers and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery of fabrics.Monitor and control fabric stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock.Track all transactions and fabric movements accurately using SAP.Prepare and analyze reports related to fabric availability, delays, and performance indicators.Collaborate with planning, warehouse, and production teams to solve any supply-related issues.Support process improvements to optimize lead time, fabric utilization, and workflow efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in textile engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.2 to 4 years of experience in fabric planning, supply, or related roles in the garment / textile industry.Excellent English communication and reporting skills.Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is highly preferred.Alexandria residence is a must.Why Join Us:Be part of an international organization with a culture of excellence and growth.A collaborative and innovative work environment.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Competitive compensation and benefits package.
