The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing aluminium components and structures to precise specifications, working from technical drawings and blueprints.So, if you’re looking for a fresh perspective and you’re ready to accelerate your career at a leading European company, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities The fabrication of our bespoke unitised system across an array of prestige projects. The fabrication of various windows, stick curtain walling, roof lights and door systems. Structurally bonding of glass to panels and flashings. Using work instructions/packages to interpret and fabricate aluminium /glass panels to the required standard. Be competent in the use of hand and power tools (saws, grinders, crimpers, drills, and measuring equipment) used to assemble panels, windows and doors. Check and inspect all work ensuring quality documentation is completed at each stage of production. Strive to meet daily targets on a production line in a busy and fast-paced production environment. Assisting our warehouse facility team as required completing duties such as material preparation and assisting with material handling duties.Experience Experience within the window/ cladding industry will be an advantage. Experience in using power tools/drill. Experience working within a fast-paced factory environment. Carpentry engineering experience will be an advantage. Ability to read and understand assembly drawings.Key Skills Good verbal and communication skills. Ability to work on own initiative while contributing effectively to the team environment. Ability to read, understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work in a busy production environment. Excellent attendance record and willingness to work overtime as and when required. A positive attitude, reliable, punctual and keen.Work EnvironmentMachine shop environment will require the use of industrial hearing protection and/or other protective equipment.Physical demands will require manual handling.Why join us?
