The Facade Designer & CAD Technician will be responsible for producing detailed drawings, designing facade systems, and collaborating with project teams on cladding solutions. Additional responsibilities include supporting project delivery, liaising with stakeholders, identifying technical challenges, and contributing to the implementation of efficient designs and methodologies.QualificationsProficiency in Drawings creation and drafting, with high attention to detailKnowledge and experience in Facade and Facade Design, focusing on innovative and practical solutionsExpertise in Cladding systemsSolid understanding of design software and CAD toolsStrong problem solving skills and ability to collaborate with project stakeholdersFamiliarity with UK building codes and regulations is preferredExperience in the construction or architectural industry is beneficial
