Known for their technical precision and collaborative approach, they support client projects from concept to completion.Essential Skills5+ years experience in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Structural DesignExperience with technical design using Logikal, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIMFamiliarity with façade systems such as curtain walls, rainscreens, and glazing.Desired SkillsExperience with structural analysis tools (e.g., RFEM, ANSYS, SAP2000).Dutch speaking skillsKnowledge of thermal, acoustic, and fire performance standards.🛠️ Job ResponsibilitiesDesign façade frames in 2D and 3D based on predefined principles and standards.Record and manage design data in Logikal, integrating drawings, calculations, and technical analyses.Assess the technical feasibility of designs and ensure compliance with specifications.Collaborate with the Project Coordinator and guide offshore colleagues in India.Review input from Tender Engineers and resolve clash reports.Implement design changes following coordination with project stakeholders.Produce and manage production drawings, including detailed and overview plans.Ensure drawings meet technical requirements for fabrication and assembly.
