Vickerstock are working in partnership with a Main Contractor on the appointment of a Facade Foreman for their Cork City site The projectYou will work on an apartment development of c.450 units. *This role is ready for a January 2026 start.*Your new role as Facade ForemanManagement of all works relating to facades, including coordination of scaffolding, management of external windows & doors, curtain walls, masonry support, brickwork, blockwork and renderingOversee daily site operations and monitor project progressManage and coordinate site labour, subcontractors, and tradesParticipate in site meetings and liaise with the wider project teamEnsure all works are completed to specification through continuous site inspectionsReport weekly on project delivery and site performance What you'll need to be successful as Facade ForemanPrevious experience working on apartment developments is essential for this positionTrade background Subcontractor management experience Interested?
