Job Description: -We are looking for a Facilities Expert to manage and optimize the operation of our industrial plant facilities.Key Responsibilities: -Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as regulatory inspections of the facilities. -Manage external service contracts (electrical systems, pneumatic installations, HVAC, etc.). -Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations. -Prepare and monitor the budget for the Facilities department. -Participate in continuous improvement projects and energy optimization initiatives. -Coordinate audits and technical visits related to industrial infrastructure.Requirements: -Technical education (Engineering, Bac+3, or similar) in electricity, mechanics, maintenance, or facilities management. -Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment. -Strong knowledge of infrastructure maintenance, contract management, and industrial safety regulations. -Analytical, organized, and leadership skills. -Experience with SAP-PM. -Intermediate to advanced level of English and Spanish (depending on work environment).
