Apply Now or send your cv with the vacancy title in the email subject to : raya_hrelectric@rayacorp.comJob DescriptionSupport and follow up on daily housekeeping activities to ensure compliance with contractual standards and 5S requirements.Monitor outsourced security guards’ attendance, grooming, and assigned area coverage to ensure alignment with Raya Electric standards.Assist in setting and implementing security deployment plans to ensure the entire site is properly secured.Ensure lost and found procedures are applied, logging all items and coordinating their return to rightful owners.Ensure office doors are secured after working hours and support in monitoring CCTV Coordinate transportation schedules and routes in alignment with HR and Operations to ensure efficiency.Follow up on bus conditions, receive complaints, and ensure resolution in a timely manner.Support meal quality checks to ensure delivery time and HSE standards are met.Support warehouse operations by following receiving/releasing procedures, ensuring proper documentation and storage.Track and request office and buffet supplies based on stock levels and approval hierarchy.Support basic financial follow-up including invoice tracking and coordination with Finance.Support contract filing and renewal follow-up.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of maintenance coordination, housekeeping and office services.Familiarity with health and safety regulations.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Oracle or ERP systems is a plus.Soft Skills:Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
