Job Description

A busy role for an experienced Facilities Coordinator, who is available for an immediate start.Covering a secondment, the successful candidate will manage facilities for six sites across Lower Hutt, Porirua and Wellington CBD.Duties Include Organise building maintenance and security access Book in contractors, to assist with building issues Log and manage jobs through facilities software Manage general administrative duties as required Cover reception services during periods of absenceBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Experience Required: Previous experience working in the facilities space as a coordinator or administratorStrong attention to detail with the ability to build relationships quicklyAbility to hit the ground running using the MS Suite and picking up internal systems Ability to drive to different sites throughout the week, across Lower Hutt, Porirua and Wellington CBD TimelineApplications Close: Friday 17th of OctoberInterviews: Week of Monday 20th OctoberPlease Note: Applications may only be accepted if you have the valid right to work in New Zealand and are already based here in Wellington.If you are interested, please Apply Now!With any queries contact: olivia@archwayrecruitment.com
