Attach this together with your updated CV to become a priority applicant!Role: Facilities CoordinatorWork Arrangement: Work From HomeLocation: Any CS Branch - Makati/Ortigas/Cebu/Mabalacat/Angeles/ DavaoSchedule: Night ShiftJob DescriptionA Facilities Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the stock and inventory of materials necessary to carry out maintenance work orders, receives materials and appliances from all vendors, maintains inventory, ensures compliance with all building safety and mechanical systems certifications and coordinate, and document all safety trainings and compliance for the maintenance technicians. The Facilities Coordinator will work closely and communicates with Director of Repairs and Maintenance, Maintenance Supervisors and Lead Technicians on daily basis.ResponsibilitiesMonitoring of the movement of the warehouses managed under the company dailyCoordinate inventory and prepare purchase order accordinglyReceive materials from Home Depot, Wilmar, Kelly Moore, etc. And check that the orders are completeEnsure that tools are properly assigned to the techniciansPrepare weekly purchase orders for paintMonitoring receipt of paints and ensure that the orders made are completeKeep inventory control of used appliancesMonitoring incoming appliances and ensure that they are placed in the designated areaPlace and update prices weekly of warehouse materialsFill out the chemical inventory form. (monthly) Download the SDS of each chemical product handled by the staff. (monthly) Prepare the schedule of the afterhours program and notify the technicians by e-mail of their assignment Submit the work orders monthly to the different life and safety vendors to keep the corresponding certifications updatedFile in BOX, charge in Yardi, update the life and safety Smartsheet, and communicate by e-mail each of the certifications we received from last month's inspectionsPrepare the work orders for the jobs approved by the Property Management team. Assign and follow up work ordersFollow up on delayed certifications that vendors sometimes do not communicate have been completedIn the case of receiving a NOV, coordinate inspections to update the certifications observed during the inspectionQualification And RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in building maintenance technology or relevant field a plusMust complete and keep current on all lead, asbestos, mold certifications and other classes as required1-3 years of clerical experience in facilities or maintenanceNon-negotiable Skills & RequirementsSKILLS AND ABILITIESAn understanding of maintenance operationsKnowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office suite of productsExcellent communication skills Must possess clerical abilityStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
