About the RoleTo provide administrative and clerical support as required, for the assigned contracts/department including composing and editing correspondence as directed and to carry out the administrative routine works.Responsible to ensure that the general administrative aspects of the assigned contract/department are administered in an effective, efficient and professional manner enshrining the best practical performance to the complete satisfaction of all the direct and indirect clients.ResponsibilitiesMonitoring & reporting daily staff attendances records.Update reporting Manager with staff absents, sick & late reporting.Overall responsibility of staff appraisal process in every year for the assigned contracts/department as required.Production of the periodic progress reports as required by the Contract Manager / Operations Manager.Total staff leave administration of assigned contracts/department that includes annual, local, medical, emergency, absent etc.Maintain vehicle inventory for assigned contracts/department.Liaison & Administration of staff recruitment, induction, training, disciplinary, termination, official travel process etc.Issuance of uniforms, tools, stationary, grocery items, Telephones, IT related items, office equipment, furniture for the assigned contracts/department etc.Maintain tools and equipment inventory for all departments and individual staff tools as applicable.Preparation of monthly staff cost center allocation reports as required.QualificationsBachelor Degree is a must and PG Degree is desirable.Relevant professional certification is preferred.Required Skills3 - 5 years relevant experience.Customer Service Orientation, Result Orientation.Interpersonal Skills and Negotiation Skills.Numerical Ability and ethics and integrity.Advanced communication skills in English (Oral and Written) and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
